"Be brave"

"I contacted MYNDUP at a time in my life where I had decided to give up, I didn't deserve nor need help, never been so happy to admit I was wrong! Fergus helped me understand my depression and anxiety and what kept me in a state of panic. The MYNDUP team helped me develop tools to channel how I was feeling in a positive way. Extremely grateful as is my family, highly recommend speaking to the Team even if you feel your not ready, 30 minutes / 1 hour, can really help change your perspective. (I was "alright" too!) Be brave."

What to expect from your first session

We understand that seeing a coach/therapist/counsellor can be daunting if you've never seen one before.

Many of our users have also experienced the same nervousness you may be feeling right now.

Your first session with your practitioner is just a chance to get to know one another and have a chat. They’ve done this hundreds of times, and they'll guide you through it.

Expect a few questions. Your practitioner will want to learn more about how they can support you, and will chat to you about goals for the session(s) and expectations.
